Privacy Policy — Bounce! - 1v1

Bounce! is a 1v1 arcade game developed by Jean Gerard ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run online matches.

No account required

Bounce! does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any contact information.

Information handled when you play online

• Display name: the nickname you choose in the app is sent to our game server so it can pair you with an opponent and show your name during a match. You may choose any nickname; it does not need to identify you.
• Network connection data: like any internet-connected app, our game server receives your device's IP address as a necessary part of establishing a connection. It is used only to deliver match data and is not used to identify you or build a profile.
• Gameplay data: in-match information (such as paddle movement and score) is exchanged in real time between players for the duration of a match. It is transient and is not stored after the match ends.

Offline practice matches against the in-app bot require no network connection and send no data anywhere.

Information stored on your device

Your settings, chosen nickname, in-game gold, and owned/equipped cosmetic items are saved locally on your device only. This data is not transmitted to us and is removed if you delete the app.

What we do NOT do

• We do not show advertisements.
• We do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
• We do not collect location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers for tracking.

Children

Bounce! is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. No account or personal data is required to play.

Data retention

Online match data is processed in real time and not retained after a match ends. Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete the app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
